By using our website or making a table reservation through our online booking system, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website immediately.
2. Online Table Reservations
Reservations are made exclusively through our online booking system. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation by email. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided at the time of booking is accurate, including the number of guests, date, and time.
3. Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled reservation time by contacting us via email or phone. Cancellations received after this window, or failure to arrive without notice, will be considered a no-show. Terme di Diocleziano reserves the right to take no-shows into account when considering future reservations.
4. Conduct
Guests are expected to treat staff and fellow diners with respect at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask any guest to leave if their behavior is disruptive or offensive.
5. Allergies and Dietary Requirements
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens in our dishes.
6. Liability
Terme di Diocleziano is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings on the premises. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or services to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or booking system constitutes acceptance of any changes.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Italy.
